To clean a llama fiber garment, fill a sink with cool water and wool detergent. Soak the garment for 10-15 minutes, rinse thoroughly, and pat with a towel to remove excess water. Then, lay flat to air dry. Avoid hot water and twisting or wringing the garment, and never put it in a dryer.
How to remove staining
To remove stain from llama fiber, identify and treat it accordingly. Grease/oil can be absorbed with baking soda/cornstarch and enzymatic stain remover can be used for protein-based stains. Avoid hot water and harsh chemicals, use gentle soap, hand-wash with cool water, rinse and air dry. When uncertain, consult a natural fiber specialist.
How long does the return process take?
After verifying the product's condition, we will refund the original purchase price (excluding shipping fees) to the payment method used for purchase within 5-7 business days. Damaged or used products aren't eligible for refunds, and all returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
What is the return / exchange policy?
